The products are constructed with 6mm thick steel plate and covered with a black paint coating finish, standing for years without corrosion or breaking apart. They can withstand heavy loads, with each J-Hook capable of 500lbs, and the total weight capacity of the two Hooks up to 1000 lbs. Users can perform countless exercises, like Bench Pressing and Overhead Press.

Each J-Hook is fully equipped with a thick padded plastic layer to reduce noise during your workout session and protect your barbell from damage. The 1-inch bar allows for easy height adjustment, while the shortened design makes it easy to rack or unrack the bar.
